We hold a bullish call on OJ=F (OJ=F) with an invalidation if price sustains below 142.77. The contract has rebounded sharply from the weekly low of 135.1, recovering 7.18% in early Asian trade on October 8, while the broader 20-day channel remains intact. Technicals show the price is testing the pivot at 148.02, with the 5-day decline of 2.87% now stabilizing. Fundamentally, the contango structure and elevated crack margins support the long side, while positioning remains non-crowded. A break above 150.18 would confirm the reversal, with targets extending toward 153.27.
