Bullish. Gold cleared the NEXT-session pivot 4051.87 in early Asia trade at 4076.9, holding above the 20-day low 3989.1 and the 5-day decline. The 5-day change turned positive on the session, and price reclaimed the 20-day channel midpoint 4124.0. The 20-day ATR of 67.79 provides ample room for follow-through. Invalidation: a daily close below the NEXT-session S1 at 4024.33 would re‑establish the downside channel and negate the pivot break. The Asia snapshot at 06:55 showed last 4076.9 (+0.06% vs settle), confirming the break occurred in intraday trade, not a report-date settle.
